How FF&E Store works
A targeted marketplace for furniture, fixtures and equipment — built for brokers clearing buildings, the buyers who want the good stuff, and the junk companies who take the rest.
If you are clearing a building
- Step 1
Photograph the lot on site
Open the app on the floor, tap Take photos, and shoot what is left — wide shot, model tag, anything damaged. Counts and condition go in the description.
- Step 2
Name two numbers
A sell price for buyers, and a haul-away price for junk companies. Either says the hauler pays you for the lot, or you pay them to clear it. Turn on one or both.
- Step 3
Take bids
Buyers and junk companies bid. Accept, counter, or decline from your dashboard. Whichever closes first ends the listing.
- Step 4
Get paid
We hold the card payment until the lot is picked up or delivered, then release your money minus a 12% house fee. Freight is never part of the fee base.
If you are buying or hauling
- Step 1
Find the lot
Filter by category, condition, state and removal deadline. Brokers post whole floors, not single chairs.
- Step 2
Buy it now or bid
Pay the posted price, or make an offer with a message about your crew and timing.
- Step 3
Ship it or pick it up
Get a freight quote to your dock and pay it at checkout, or mark it for pickup and send your own truck. Some lots are pickup only — the listing says so up front.
- Step 4
Confirm handover
When the lot moves, confirm it. That releases the seller’s money from the house.
What the house takes
12% of the item amount on every closed order — nothing on the freight, and nothing until money actually changes hands. Three shapes, same rule:
- Sale. Buyer pays the lot price plus freight. The seller nets the lot price minus the fee. Freight is passed straight through to the carrier.
- Haul-away where the lot has value. The junk company pays for the lot and clears the floor. The seller nets that amount minus the fee.
- Removal job. Nothing is worth selling — the seller pays to have it gone. Haulers bid the job, lowest bid wins, and the hauler nets their bid minus the fee.
